That's it.

Your front desk stuff will receive a notification on the tablet screen with the table number and the request.

We designed our system considering to eliminate costly battery-operated devices at each table, along with connection boosters, routers, cables, and maintenance expenses.

No device is necessary on the table!

Even, there is no need to put anything on the table to use this system

REQUIREMENTS

Using this system requires an internet connection, and customers use their mobile phones to open a webpage to call a server.

Customers do one of these to use our system

a- Place their phone to anywhere on the table 

     (easiest way, works with only Smart Tables)

b- Tap their phone (Table Stands & Stickers)

c- Scan the QRcode(Table Stands & Stickers)

d- Entering the website manuallly from their phone, tablet or laptop.

TAP PHONE and SMART TABLE features use NFC technology.

- iPhone 8 and newer models are always ready to use the NFC features. Nothing is needed for them.

- for Android phones, NFC Feature must be turned on from the settings to use the NFC.

SCAN QR CODE feature requires opening the mobile phone's camera.

- some older mobile phones may require additional application to scan QR-Codes

ENTERING MANUALLY requires to enter the web adress via browser of the phone, tablet, or laptop.

Transforming a regular table into a SmartTable requires any kinds of wood or plastic tables less than 3 cm (about 1 inch) thick.
